メキシコ人アーティスト、アブラハム・クルズヴィエイガス（Abraham Cruzvillegas）の作品集。2014年12月から2015年2月にかけてポーランドの「グダニスク・シティ・ギャラリー（Gdańsk City Gallery (GGM)）」で開催された展覧会に伴い刊行された。

メキシコの作曲家であり指揮者のフリアン・カリージョ（Julián Carrillo）と、ドイツ人現代小説家であるギュンター・グラス（Günter Grass）の代表作である『ブリキの太鼓』で描かれる架空の人物オスカー・マッツェラート（Oskar Matzerath）を通じて、「コミュニケーションの不可能性」と「理解の可能性」の概念に言及する、自身の「オートコンストラクション（自己構築 / Autoconstrucción）」プロジェクトのインスタレーションを記録した一冊。

A photographic documentation of an installation work by Abraham Cruzvillegas as part of his “autoconstrucción” project referring to the concepts of incommunicability and intelligibility through the figures of Mexican composer Julián Carrillo and Günter Grass's fictional character Oskar Matzerath.

Abraham Cruzvillegas's investigates the relationship between materiality and the narrative of places with his aesthetic concept of autoconstrucción, reconstrucción and autodestrucción, for what he experiments with video, performance, personal and family archives, as well as academic research. His project Autodestrucción6: Chichimecachubo: Matzerath@S13, 2014 at Gdansk City Gallery 2 refers to the story of Oskar Matzerath, the protagonist of Günter Grass's novel The Tin Drum, a literary narrative originating from Gdansk. Based on Mazerath's piercing scream he linked this fiction to the real story of Mexican composer Julián Carrillo, a pioneer of microtonality.

Published following the eponymous exhibition at Gdansk City Gallery, Poland, from December 6, 2014, to February 1st, 2015.
